This 90-minute experience offers an introduction to Japan's national sport through live demonstrations by retired professional sumo wrestlers. You'll learn about the history, rituals, and techniques of sumo while watching authentic one-round matches performed just a few meters away.

One of the highlights is the audience challenge, where selected participants can step onto the dohyō (sumo ring) and face a former wrestler in a friendly match. After the show, you'll also have the opportunity to meet the wrestlers and take photos with them.

The experience is presented in English, making it easy for international visitors to understand the traditions and cultural significance of sumo.
