Urban racecourse located in Shinagawa-ku, nicknamed Tokyo City Keiba or TCK. Opened in 1950, it features dirt-track horse racing, including daytime events and the famous “Twinkle Races” held at night since 1986. The venue also hosts one of Tokyo’s largest weekend flea markets and the winter Tokyo Mega Illumination festival. Easily accessible via the Tokyo Monorail.

Touristy?: Moderately touristy. Popular with locals, families, race fans, bargain hunters, and nighttime photographers.
