Matsunoyu is a traditional sento located in Kanazawa. These public baths are part of everyday Japanese culture and were historically used by residents who did not have private baths at home. The bathhouse features separate bathing areas for men and women with large hot baths. Like most sento, guests wash at individual stations before entering the shared bath.
