Traditional brewery founded during the Edo period, located in the historic district of Imaichō. It produces small-batch, artisanal sake using time-honored techniques. Visitors can sometimes purchase sake directly or take part in guided tours during seasonal events. The wooden façade reflects the typical machiya style of the area.

Entrance fee: Free (exterior visit always possible; interior visits may require a fee or reservation).
Touristy? Not very. A hidden gem for sake lovers and fans of traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
