Cultural building located in the heart of Kusatsu Onsen, right across from the famous Yubatake. It is dedicated to showcasing yumomi, a traditional technique for cooling down hot spring water without adding cold water, performed using large wooden paddles and accompanied by folk songs. The show highlights local history and customs. The building also features a free outdoor foot bath and occasionally hosts temporary exhibitions.

Price: Around 600 ¥ to watch the yumomi performance (free access to the outdoor foot bath)
Touristy? : Very touristy, especially among Japanese visitors. The yumomi show is a major attraction in Kusatsu.
