One of the largest parks in western Tokyo, straddling the Nerima and Itabashi wards. It features vast lawns, a ginkgo-lined avenue, a sports complex, an indoor pool, tennis courts, and numerous playgrounds. It's a popular spot for picnics, local festivals, joggers, and families.
