Sueño Azul or Blue Dream in Cusco is my favorite hidden gem in the city!! The food there is so yummy and you get soo much food for the price. They have the best menu del dia deals with free apps and a drink included.

The actual aesthetic/decor is very basic but the price and food ratio is really what sells this place. It’s also Israeli/Peruvian owned so you can expect a mix of food on the menu.
