Eco Hotel Uxlabil in San Juan is a beautiful lake side property. This hotel felt very rooted in traditional decor, food, and overall feel. They have a restaurant on the top level with incredible views of the lake. The hotel has its own dock so you can flag down a boat to hop over to the other towns.

I stayed here with a friend and we split a private room. It felt more like a honeymoon/getaway location. Not very social or high energy so if you are alone I would not recommend to stay here. But if you are in a couple, this would be a lovely hotel to choose!
