Qura is a delicious restaurant/cafe in Cusco that I highly recommend. They have Israeli owners so a lot of the menu features middle eastern dishes like shakshuka.

Everything I tried there was so yummy and felt really healthy and fresh. The restaurant is on the second floor of a building off of the main square.
