The Full Moon Party in Koh Phagnan is a famous all night beach party that happens once a month on the full moon. This event draws thousands of international visitors to the island and its truly a wild night.

There are tons of different stages set up with a range of music to dance to. The beach and bars are flooded with neon painted people so hold your friends close.

Make sure to check when the party is on because even if you don't attend, the prices for accommodation go WAY up and the boats sell out. So you don't want to get screwed over by being unaware.

Tam tip! TONS of people get pickpocketed at this party (me included). So I wouldn't even take your phone out. Just cash. Trust me on this one.

Tam tip #2! When leaving the party, all of the taxis and shared shuttles are packed. So be prepared for long wait times or book accomodation that is nearby the party.
