Laguna 69 is the most stunning hike with water so blue it looks fake. Sitting at an elevation of 4,600 meters, the lake is fed by glacial runoff and surrounded by stunning mountain scenery.

It's the best single day hike I have ever done and a MUST-DO if in Huaraz. The views are so beautiful the entire time and the the lake at the end is the cherry on top.

You do have to book a tour for this hike as its 3ish hours from town. The pickup is early in the morning and you get back around 6pm. The only con to this hike is its very popular so the trail can get crowded.
