Eagle's Nest in San Marcos on Lake Atitlán is truly my happy place. This place has everything...an insanely fresh restaurant and cafe, yoga/ aerial studio with the most jaw dropping view, and an eco-hotel with dreamy rooms. They even throw festivals here a few times a year!

I came here so so so many times but if you are short on days, I would go there for a yoga class and then eat and relax at the cafe after. The hotel is quite expensive to stay at but if you want to splurge, this is a perfect option. They also offer packages with the food and yoga included.

Be warned: Eagles Next is at the top of a very steep hill so be prepared to climb a bit or pay a tuk tuk to get to the top.
