Manka Fusión Artesanal in Huaraz is where Peruvian tradition meets Italian innovation. The menu is a mix of pastas, pizzas, ceviches, and local classics. I had the orange salmon and it was actually incredible. I still think about it to this day...

The menu is huge and they also have a great selection of cocktails. Perfect place for families or bigger groups too. Plenty of seating!
