Shimei/Nikkei in Huaraz is a top-rated restaurant with incredible food. It is a nicer restaurant with a more intimate aesthetic. Great for a date night or a cute girls dinner. They are known for their ramen and sushi. They also have a veggie ramen option!

It can get a little crowded due to a lack of seating so come on the earlier side for dinner.
