Love Koh Tao Viewpoint, located in the center of the island, offers gorg views over the east coast. It's accessible by road, so no hike needed for these views. There is a small cafe at the top so you can enjoy the scenery with a cold one. If you buy something you don't need to pay the small entrance fee.
