Amstardam Bar is a really popular spot for watching the sunset. Its located on top of a huge hill so be prepared to full send on the motorbike. They have multiple levels with lounge chairs and a swimming pool.

Depending on the season, the charge an entry fee. The food and drinks are also overpriced but I guess you are paying for the view.
