The Miraflores District in Lima is a well-known area for shopping and dining in Lima. A lot of tourist stay in this area but I personally think Barranco is much more charming. I went to Miraflores for the day to walk around and explore and I was a bit underwhelmed. It was a bit crowded and not very aesthetic. But they do have a lot of good shopping and restaurants.
