Plaza San Blas is a cute little square above the main plaza in Cusco. It has a view of the city below and is a great jumping off point to explore this artistic neighborhood. Around this area there are tons of local vendors selling art, jewelry, and souvineers. Plenty of cute coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants around.
