This is a hidden gem! If you like "katsu", then you'll love Yasudaya Hinoda! The town of Chichibu is famous for their "Waraji Katsu" which means sandal katsu because the katsu is as big as a sandal. The waraji katsu is breaded pork cutlet dipped in a sweet-soy sauce and deep fried then served over a bed of rice. Make this a PRIORITY and try this restaurant!
