The Kelpies are massive steel horse-head sculptures located in Scotland, near Falkirk and Grangemouth. Standing at 30 meters tall, they represent the strength and endurance of mythical water horses known as kelpies. Designed by sculptor Andy Scott, these impressive structures pay homage to the heavy horses that played a vital role in Scottish industry and economy. The Kelpies have become a popular attraction, drawing nearly one million visitors in their first year. With their striking design and historical significance, they serve as proud guardians of the Forth and Clyde Canal and the surrounding area.
