The Hermitage in Dunkeld, Perthshire is a managed forest paradise which was designed as a leisure area for the 18th-century Dukes of Atholl. Easily accessed from the A9, the forest offers immersive paths alongside the River Braan, filled with lush greenery and full of wildlife. Marvel through majestic fir trees before visiting the stunning Ossian's Hall. Go birdwatching as you witness red squirrels darting through the trees and salmon leap up the Black Linn Falls. Follow the Queen Victoria’s footsteps through the forest, and explore further into the Craigvinean Forest or Pine Cone Point that can be found nearby. An unforgettable experience awaits!
