Kilmahog is a quaint little hamlet located half a mile west of Callander, Scotland. It sits on the Garbh Uisge river, and is named after an ancient chapel dedicated to the enigmatic Saint Chug. Kilmahog is an area steeped in history, with remains of an Iron Age fort and Roman rampart still visible today. The village is home to two woollen mills, the Lade Inn pub, and the Scottish Real Ale shop - the perfect opportunity for sightseers to take a break from touring the nearby hills and countryside!
