Hi, I’m Tenisha — a solo female traveler who packed up her life and moved to Southeast Asia almost two years ago… and never looked back.

I’ve spent extensive time traveling throughout Thailand (yes, Bangkok included) and exploring it the way locals and long-term travelers do — not just checking boxes or chasing viral TikToks. Every recommendation in my travel guides comes from real experiences, real mistakes, and real “wow, I’m so glad I knew this” moments.

I created these guides for solo travelers — especially women — who want to see the world but also want to feel confident, prepared, and safe while doing it. I know firsthand that traveling alone as a woman can feel exciting and intimidating. My goal is to remove the guesswork, the overwhelm, and the unnecessary risks so you can focus on actually enjoying the journey.
