We stumbled on this museum on our first day in Hanoi, and it was fun surprise! The museum focuses on Vietnams victory from both the French colonialists and American imperialists.

The kids were fascinated by the military hardware, especially the tanks and aircrafts. The real highlight though, was climbing up the Hanoi Flag Tower

Family Tip: We found some of the displays a little heavy for our kids, so we mainly chose to mostly stay in the outdoor area where all the aircraft were located. If your worried about this, there is plenty to do that is kid-friendly to still make this a worthwhile stop!
