Whether you stay in the area or visit from Ninh Binh, Tam Coc is a quaint town that is 100% worth visiting.

Our favourite thing to do here was ride through the town and around Tam Coc Lake. We found so many delish and affordable cafes and restaurants in the area (we would just check reviews on TripAdvisor before eating there to make sure it was safe).

How long to stay?

We stayed in the Tam Coc area for 3 days, but we easily could have had 4-5 days for a more relaxed stay.
