If you're visiting Hang Mua at the right time of year you'll also get to see the lotus field in bloom!

The lotus field is just below the Hang Mua Lookout hike, and from the top of the hike you can see that the boardwalk running through the field is actually shaped like a lotus!

When to see the lotus in bloom: Late May - July

Unfortunately we were a little too early on our visit so there weren't any flowers in bloom yet,.

Despite missing out, it is still a beautiful spot to wonder through and our kids loved spotting the ducks/geese in the water.

Just make sure to hold onto any little wanderers as the boardwalk has no fence with water below.
