No Car? No Problem.
We've got trains and busses.

If you're not wanting to rent a car or use ride share apps the whole time, I suggest utilizing the light rail, train and bus system.
If you're arriving from the airport, there are two options you can take that does't include a car: there is the Airport Bus, or you can take the A-Line straight from DIA to Union Station. A ticket is about $3 per person, or you can get a day pass for about $10.
This can get you anywhere you need to go in Denver, and you can check out the route map here or plan a trip to see what your route would look like with this link here.
If you plan to stay in and around Denver, I'd say that public transit is the way to go. It'll be much cheaper and you won't have to worry about parking prices or ride share prices.
