This is one of the best spots in Central Florida if you want to camp right next to a crystal-clear spring. The campground sits in the woods beside Rock Springs Run, the famous natural lazy river where people tube, swim, snorkel, and kayak through emerald-clear water that stays cool year-round.

The campground itself is small and shaded, with tent and RV sites that have water and electric hookups, plus restrooms and hot showers. It feels quiet and tucked away, even though you’re just outside Orlando.

Why it’s worth it: you can wake up, grab your coffee, and walk straight to the spring without dealing with day-use crowds or parking. It’s an easy, nature-filled getaway that mixes Florida springs + camping really well — especially if tubing is your main goal.
