Beach

Cortez Beach, located on the southern end of Anna Maria Island in Bradenton Beach, is a quiet, unspoiled stretch of shoreline with a classic, natural vibe. Backed by dunes and lined with Australian pines, it’s perfect for peaceful walks, shelling, and surf fishing.

There are no major amenities here but there is free parking along Gulf Drive South, but spaces are limited and fill up quickly during peak times. Arriving early gives you the best chance of snagging a spot.

If you’re craving food or drinks, the shops and restaurants of Bridge Street are just a short stroll away. Cortez Beach is ideal for those who want to soak in the Gulf with zero distractions.
