Duval Street is the place in Key West where everything seems to happen — a lively, colorful strip lined with shops, bars, restaurants, galleries, and historic spots from one end of the island to the other.

During the day, it’s all about cafés, key lime pie shops, boutiques, art, and bites — grab a Cuban coffee, wander in and out of shops, and pop into cute courtyards. At night, Duval really comes alive with bars, live music, and nightlife.

Visitor tips:

  • Duval runs from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic — you can literally walk from beach to beach.

  • It’s walkable (and better that way) don't try to park here. It's better to walk or bike there, or take a rideshare.

  • Stop by local favorites like Sloppy Joe’s, Margaritaville, and Pepe’s Café

  • Mornings and early evenings are nice for exploring without crowds

Duval Street is the core of Key West’s fun and chaos — and totally worth the visit.
