Whats here?

A beautiful lakeside camp on a former coal mine turned lakeside camp — amazing setting right on the water with a chill outdoor feel.

What to expect

  • Lakeside camping with basic drop toilets & bins

  • Stunning turquoise water you can swim in (but it’s slightly acidic and best not to stay in too long)

  • First-come, first-served sites (no set spots)

  • Great for swimming, picnics, paddle boarding and nature vibes

Camping pricing

Camping fees were $15 a night

Is it worth it?

Absolutely worth it if you’re nearby and after a scenic camp experience with crystal-coloured water — we chose this over staying in Bunbury and it didn’t disappoint. Not super fancy, but an awesome spot if you’re already in the region.
