Exciting viewpoint! If you want to enjoy 90% of the views with 10% of your effort, you can stop after the first 300m where the levada goes underground, and admire Faial and Penha d'Águia from above. The rest is mainly a forrestry road (steeper shortcut available) until reaching a farm close to the tip of the cliff.

The nearby viewpoint of Pico da Boneca and the more accessible Rocha do Navio trail provide good views to the west side of this cliff.
