Project Flat is a project by a local chef that brings together different people in one space and involves them in the process of cooking and everything that happens in that space. In addition to cooking, they also host movie nights 🎬, themed evenings, workshops, and much more. There is no specific concept or theme to this place, and it’s quite difficult to define it, but it’s definitely worth experiencing ✨

*They also cook here using natural ingredients, most of which are brought from different regions of Azerbaijan 🇦🇿

One special feature of this place is that it is located in the city center on the very top floor of a building. It’s quite hard to find on your own, but you can message them and they will explain how to get there. Booking is required. On top of everything else, they have opened a workshop where they make furniture for their space and also grow plants there 🌱
