Cyanotype” is one of the oldest methods of developing photographs, invented by John Herschel in 1842. It’s hard to say exactly whether it is more like a print or a photograph, but you can decide for yourself. At the cyanotype workshop, you will learn the process of working with the chemical solutions, see how the image “develops” in blue, and create your own unique prints.

You can sign up for the workshop via their Instagram or by calling the phone number provided.

❗️Prior registration is required to participate. They also hold chemistry shows for children, so you might not see cyanotype workshops listed on their page. For these workshops, please contact them directly.
