Hidden in one of Shirakawa-go's authentic gassho-zukuri houses, this husband and wife coffee operation has become one of the village's worst-kept secrets. They've transformed part of a traditional steep-roofed farmhouse into what might be the most atmospheric coffee spot in central Japan.
