Yufuin Showa Museum, which I stumbled onto without knowing it existed, is a cool spot in Yufuin, Japan where you can step back in time and experience the retro vibes of the Showa era. With displays of vintage items like toys, appliances, and even a nostalgic streetscape, it provided a wonderful two hours stepping back into the past. My kids loved it too, especially with so many free retro games for them to play. It's like taking a trip down memory lane where visitors can explore the exhibits, snap some Insta-worthy pics, and maybe even pick up a quirky souvenir to remember the good ol' days - a fun and unique way to immerse yourself in Japan's past!
