Takayama's quirky Long-Leg statues are hard to miss - two bronze figures with ridiculously stretched-out legs lounging on the bridge railings. They've become a favorite photo spot, adding a touch of whimsy to the traditional townscape. Each statue takes a different relaxed pose, as if they're just hanging out watching the river flow below.
