Das Restaurant Bursic ist ein uriges Restaurant mit einem super netten Service. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und für ein 3-Gänge-Menü entscheiden.

Preislich fanden wir es sehr fair und wir hatten eine riesige Vorspeisenplatte sowie einen großen Hauptgang. Zum Nachtisch hatten wir eine Bumbarska Torta. Das ist eine klassische Spezialität aus Vodnjan bestehend aus Mandel, Zucker sowie Eiern und daher auch glutenfrei.

Außerdem stellt die Familie Bursic ihren eigenen Prosciutto her, den du im angeschlossenen Laden kaufen kannst.
