Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon, also known as Red Canyon, is a stunning slot canyon located near Kanab, UT. The short 0.7-mile round trip hike offers breathtaking views of orange sandstone walls, ancient Moqui Steps, and balanced logs. However, the route to Peek-A-Boo can be challenging due to deep sand and occasional obstacles created by flash floods. I don't recommend driving the trail yourself unless you have a high clearance 4x4 vechicle and have experience driving in deep sand. It is a hefty tow bill if you have to get pulled out! It is also a very hot walk if you go from the parking lot to the trailhead, so I would book a tour if you do not have a capable vechicle. I recommend Kanab Tour Company! Dogs are also allowed here!
