Cambugahay Falls in Siquijor Island is in our opinion the winner of best waterfall in the Philippines. The water is vibrant blue and actually looks like on Instagram:D There are many levels to this waterfall and there is always a spot that you can have to yourself.

The waterfall is "closed" before 7AM and locals "open" the entry. You can go earlier and just walk down the stairs but expect to be yelled at by the locals. We went early anyways and had the famous floating platform to ourselves for about 10 minutes until al tourists arrived. So do not expect to have this place to yourself. The best time to fly your drone is before sunrise otherwise the contrast between highlights and shadows will be too harsh. You can spend the whole day here and when we were hungry we picked up some local food and drinks at the entrance from a lovely lady.
