The Batangas International Port, also known as the Batangas Pier, is your gateaway to Romblon province. To get there, take a Grab from Manila Airport to PiTX terminal. There is a direct bus from PiTX bus terminal in Manila to Batangas Port. You can purchase the ticket online or in person at the PiTX Bus Terminal. From Batangas Port you need to take the Starlite Ferry at 4PM Monday, wednesday. Friday and Saturday. Make sure to book your ferry ticket ahead online on 2Go.
