Bonbon Beach in Romblon Island is the best public beach on Romblon and one of our favorite beaches in the Philippines. It features a sand bar, beach and tropical island connecting the beach and island. The water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. Being close to town it does get local visitors but not many. Note: the entry to the beach is futher up the road and should NOT cost you any money. There is another entrance where scammers will ask you for money but they are not allowed as it is a government owned beach.
