CEV: Ceviche & Kinilaw Shack is the best spot to try raw fish as a ceviche style. If you have never tried raw fish, this is the perfect place to start. Don't be scared it is 100% safe and even after living in Australia for 3 years and catching my own fish on a daily basis, this is still the best ceviche I have ever tried. We were taliking about this restaurant for days after :D
