The best time to visit Dao Falls in Cebu is for sunrise when the tourist crowds are still sleeping. We had the waterfall all to ourselves this way for an hour and it was the calmest setting ever. Birds chirping, multiple blue swimming holes and stunning jungle. This is also where you will find the bridge in the pictures. Ask your guide about the bridge and he will take you there. Note: you have to take a guide to Dao Falls (yes, its totally doable without one but it's their rules).
