It is open from beginning of May until end of July but the ideal time to visit the fields of Brihuega usually coincides with the first half of July, when the flowers reach their peak bloom. 🌸 However, the second half of the month also allows you to enjoy the floral spectacle until the moment of harvesting, which occurs at the end of July or beginning of August, when the flower takes on a grayish tone. 🌾
