My very first job was making bread at a bakery in Paris, and eventually, I ended up working with a world-famous restaurant group that had multiple Michelin-starred spots. I was part of their research and development team, helping to create the menu for new restaurant concepts and update menus for their existing restaurants, which was an amazing experience. Over time though, I realized what I truly loved about cooking and decided to keep it as a passion rather than my long-term career.

That’s when I put my business degree to use and pivoted into a digital career that took me all over the world—places like China, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, and Turkey. Since I was constantly traveling and had a background in food, people were always asking me where to eat when they visited different cities. Before I knew it, I became the go-to person for travel and dining recommendations, and that's how my journey as a content creator began.
