Head out on this 0.8-mile out-and-back trail near Clearwater, Oregon. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 34 min to complete. This is a very popular area for camping, trail running, and walking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

This terrace of geothermal pools are a welcome stop along the North Umpqua trail for mountain bikers and hikers. They are also easily accessible from the road.

The hike to the pools get a bit muddy, make sure to bring shoes that you can hike in and sandals to change into at the hot springs.

A lot of the locals use this area as clothing optional so don't be shocked if you see some bare tops and bottoms.
