High on a hill overlooking the city, you'll find the evocative ruins of this 6th-century monastery. It's a treasure trove of history, with a mysterious labyrinth beneath to explore. The walk up from the city can take about 45 minutes and is quite steep towards the top, so wear good shoes. Once there, the panoramic views of Sarandë Bay and across to Corfu are simply breathtaking, especially as the sun sets.
