The parking area for Faxi Waterfall is conveniently located just off Route 35 in south Geysir, making it a quick 5-minute detour from the Golden Circle. When you reach the junction of Route 37 and 35, head south toward Selfoss and Reykholt for about 6 km until you spot the sign pointing to Vid Faxa on your left. Follow the sign for around 100 m to reach the parking area overlooking the falls. From there, a short path leads to a view deck and picnic table where you can enjoy the beauty of Faxi Waterfall.
