Jabal Ithlib is an archaeological site in the captivating city of Al Ula, in the Madinah Province. It is a fascinating natural mountain that features a culture-filled and awe-inspiring landscape. The biggest tourist attraction is the 'Diwan', which is a room carved out of rocks resembling a triclinium or dining area. It is rumored to have been used for royal banquets and political meetings. Additionally, there are many carvings and inscriptions throughout the mountain. Visitors can access the area through the Siq canal and can explore the winding, yet picturesque passages which lead to a natural water basin and ultimately into a cistern. Jabal Ithlib is a unique and unforgettable destination for travelers, combining natural spectacles with intriguing cultural heritage.
